I would be highly surprised if this hasn't been done before, haha- Saw Bri-Chan's goldilocks manatee and this popped in.
Very quick, fairly sloppy (awkward sea shells...), just for fun. Needed a break from illustration work and commissions for a little bit.
Sailors apparently were mistaking manatees for 'mermaids' back in the day... I find this extremely hard to believe.

Disclaimer: I in no way own Disney or 'The Little Mermaid', nor do I own the manatee... though if owning a manatee were at all possible, I would.
